Paperwork accepted against DIR-0007; not certification of GS-0018 and not resolution of CP-0062. The circular remains draft until a human approves and publishes it.
The implemented solution produced another problem. CP-0064 (operating work omitted from the executive summary) is assigned. Wordy regulations. Less action. The loop continues.
Open work
- Review source directive APB-DIR-0007 and CP-0062 criterion revision 1.
- GERALD marks GS-0018 implemented: one form and two report views.
- Record evidence of single-entry reporting against the frozen criterion.
- Request verification. The result is inconclusive against CARL's frozen criterion.
- Do not resolve CP-0062. Retain other open matters, including CP-0064 as a solution consequence.
- Draft GS-BR-0004 using documented observation, sponsorship and implementation contributions.
- Keep APB-CIR-0008 in draft until a human approves and publishes. Never imply APB certified GERALD.
APB-CIR-0008 currently draft. Use draft, then submit, then human approve, then publish. Operational instruction after human publication would be: submit the consolidated record once per reporting period. That instruction is not in force while the circular is draft.
