Public pages do not expose recipient lists or unredacted case files. An all-points bulletin is addressed to an explicitly chosen internal distribution list. The application does not discover or contact strangers.
No sanitized bulletin snapshots are currently published. Workspace notices remain inside the bureau workspace and are not a public query of private records.
